This listing will stay on the website, which receives hundreds of hits from potential tenants each day, until you tell us to remove it. The cost for this type of listing is a flat rate of $75.00 per listing.

2. FULL SERVICE LISTING. You receive a Full Listing on WesternMassApartments.com, complete with photos, video tour, full description and details as well as listing on the Massachusetts Multiple Listing Service which will bring your rental to the attention to the thousands of other Massachusetts Real Estate Professionals. We will scheduling and performing all property showings and perform comprehensive reference, credit and background checks on all potential clients as well as execute the application and leasing process. Your listing with us also includes listing on the RE/MAX Prestige website, exposure to all of New England and on the RE/MAX International website, exposure to the whole world through the RE/MAX community. We will distrubute flyers on college campuses and community message boards. Our compensation for this type of listing is 1/2 month of rent based on the rent agreed to on the lease you are only charge if the tenant is provided as a result of our services.
